Alston Wilkes

This summer we launched our ministry to the residents of the Alston Wilkes half-way house wth a July 4th cook-out. Since then we have been gathering and distributing hygiene packs (towel, wash clothe, soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, deodarant, shampoo/conditioner, hair brush and laundry bag).

Under the mission team leader (John Ring) Two Rivers we host a weekly (Thursday @6pm) re-employment support group with dinner as well as plan for a Thanksgiving Dinner to re-unite these ex-felons with their families. Property Search

TRPC is currently (month of October) negoitiating a lease purchase agreement with the owners of "The Mankind Center" on East Montague. It is a small 1300sqft. storefront on the ,main street of Park Circle. The goal would be to use the site as a ministry center and establish a ministry of presence as we operate out of a 24/7 location in addition to our Sunday worship location at the gym of North Charleston Elementary School.
